What Krissi does
Most trackers give you one slice. Krissi brings every signal together so the connections become visible.
Food, sleep, mood, activity, cycle, substances, weight, and gut health — all in one place, designed to take less than two minutes a day.
Health Connect integration brings sleep stages, HRV, resting heart rate, steps, hydration, body temperature and more — so Krissi has the full picture without you typing it.
Krissi's AI cross-references everything — food, sleep, stress, hormones, movement — to surface the real connections shaping your energy, mood and gut.
How it works
Krissi brings every signal together — wearables, meals, mood, sleep — so the connections become visible without the effort.
Track
Wearable data flows in automatically through Health Connect — sleep, heart rate, steps, calories and more. Add the things only you know, like meals and mood, and Krissi builds a complete picture of your health.
Understand
Trends across every dimension — gut health next to sleep, food alongside symptoms, activity beside mood — laid out clearly so the bigger picture starts to surface.
Discover
AI-powered insights point out the patterns you'd never spot on your own — what tends to lift your mood, what's been disrupting your sleep, and which foods your body actually agrees with.
Why Krissi
Krissi was built around a simple idea: your body is sending you signals all the time. Most apps make you log them. Krissi helps you understand them.
Sleep affects mood. Stress affects gut. Cycle affects energy. Krissi treats your body as the connected system it is — and finds the links other apps miss.
Logging is only useful if someone reads it. Krissi's AI does — surfacing the patterns, correlations and shifts that turn weeks of data into something you can actually act on.
Krissi is built natively for Android and iOS — not a web wrapper. On Android, it integrates tightly with Health Connect so your wearables and health apps just work. On iOS, it connects with Apple Health for the same seamless experience.
Everything Krissi tracks
Get started
Krissi is free to start. Available now on Android and iOS.
Everything you log is stored locally - no account, no cloud sync, no Foddies-side database. If you choose to use Krissi's insight features, your health data is sent to Anthropic to generate your response. How Anthropic handles that data is governed by their privacy policy. If you don't use these features, nothing ever leaves your phone.

Krissi is a holistic personal health companion developed by Foddies, Inc. We built Krissi with privacy at its core — your health data is sensitive and personal, and we treat it that way. This policy explains exactly what data Krissi handles, where it lives, and what happens when you use the app's AI features.
Krissi is operated by Foddies, Inc ("we", "us", "our"), the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR and EU GDPR. Our registered address is 325 N St Paul Street, Suite 3100, Dallas, Texas 75201, United States. You can reach us at info@foddies.com for any questions about this policy or your data.
When you use Krissi, you may choose to log: food entries and meal photos, symptoms, mood and mood drivers, sleep, exercise, bowel movements (Bristol stool scale), weight, menstrual cycle phase, substances (caffeine, alcohol, nicotine), gut score check-ins, and an optional profile (first name, age, sex, conditions, medications). Everything is optional. You decide what to track.
If you grant Krissi access to Google Health Connect (Android) or Apple Health (iOS), Krissi reads the following data types from your wearables and connected health apps to provide pattern analysis and personalised insights:
Each data type is read only to display it inside Krissi and to feed Krissi's pattern analysis. You can revoke permissions at any time through the Health Connect app (Android) or Settings > Privacy & Security > Health (iOS).
All data — what you log directly and what Krissi reads from Health Connect or Apple Health — is stored locally on your device. There is no Krissi account, no cloud sync, and no Foddies-side database holding your records.
If you choose to use any of the AI features (described below) your health data will be transmitted to a third-party processor only at the moment you use them.
Krissi has three AI-powered features: voice meal logging, photo meal logging, and the Krissi conversational assistant. If you choose to use any of them, your health data is transmitted to Anthropic, the company providing the underlying AI model (Claude). For voice and photo logging, this includes the food database and your transcript or photo. For the conversational assistant, this includes a comprehensive snapshot of your recent health data - food and symptom entries, sleep, exercise, mood, bowel movements, wearable biometrics, supplements, and any profile details you have entered.
How Anthropic processes, retains, and handles this data is governed by Anthropic's privacy policy.
If you do not use the AI features, no data ever leaves your device through Krissi.
Krissi uses PostHog to capture pseudonymous product analytics — which features are used, how long onboarding takes, whether features are working correctly. Each device is identified by a randomly-generated ID created on first launch; this ID is not linked to your name, email, or any other identifying information.
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, our legal basis for processing your data is:
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Because Krissi stores your data on your device, you can exercise these rights directly: open the app to view or edit any entry, delete entries individually, or clear all data via your phone's settings or by uninstalling the app. For specific questions or formal requests, contact us at info@foddies.com.
UK and EU users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk).
Because there is no Krissi account, deletion is straightforward. Uninstalling Krissi removes all of your logged data from your device. Alternatively, you can clear the app's storage from your phone's Settings (Settings → Apps → Krissi → Storage → Clear data). Both actions are permanent and cannot be undone — there is no backup on our end to restore from.
Krissi is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has used Krissi, please contact us at info@foddies.com.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top. For material changes — for example, new categories of data being processed, or a new third-party processor — we will surface the change inside the app so you have a chance to review before continuing to use Krissi.
For any questions about this privacy policy or how Krissi handles your data, please contact us at info@foddies.com.
